You can see from this mare's pedigree that she might be quick and cowy. We purchased her after she had already had three foals and she was not broke. She had been in a wire accident when she was younger and so the previous owners must have just by-passed the training and riding part.
She is a good broodmare, a proven producer - as her first born colt "Duals Doc Holiday" was the 6th Jr. AQHA Reiner in the Nation of 2006, and that was with limited showing and has earned a Superior Award in Open Reining!
She is a compact little mare standing at about 13.2, but boy is she ever quick! She looks black much of the time but she is a true brown. So far her foals have been bays or dark browns.
Her first filly by "Look Whos Larkin Now" was shipped to IL as a 2008 NCHA Futurity Prospect.
(Her full sister is standing out in the yard waiting for a job - I think she will be even more cowy than the first one!)
She is not broke, just a broodmare - but a good one. Her babies are just wonderful and beautiful!!
In foal to Look Whos Larkin Now for 2008.
